The Arlo, BW Signature Collection - Ottawa

Loved the spacious Queen Studio, but the registration process was a hassle.

everything was excellent, including brilliantly friendly staff and prime location so close to everything. the rooms were good sized and quiet, had a shower, hair dryers, and complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. location: the hotel was very close to the downtown and many attractions and downtown ottawa and major attractions. i visited the blurry pixel close to the venue for a few drinks.

The hotel's position was perfect, really close to downtown Ottawa, restaurants, and Rideau centre. Moreover, it was a 10-15 minute walk from Waves Indoor Waterpark.

Excellent location and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable.

The air conditioning system was quite loud, often interrupting my sleep. The automated check-in process was confusing and left me feeling frustrated as I tried to figure it out on arrival.

The staff were nice, you should know it. We got a room with bathtubs.

I really appreciated how close everything was to the hotel! Most attractions were within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, giving me restful nights, and the kitchenette was a fabulous addition for preparing meals just as I like them.

Unfortunately, parking was quite expensive, a bit of a hassle .

The Superior Studio was super spacious and clean. Seriously, that bed was one of the comfiest I've ever slept in-was like I was wrapped in clouds! The kitchen setup was really handy for cooking meals. Just a perfect spot to relax after a long day. Wish I could've stayed longer!

Had a fantastic getaway with my friends! We explored the Supreme Court and strolled through the ByWard Market. The kitchen was a lifesaver for cooking meals together, and the location made it easy to get around. Staff were super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond.

Fantastic Facilities and Great Location

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was stellar with a small but well-stocked kitchen was good. The location couldn't be better, just a quick walk to major spots like ByWard Market and Parliament Hill. I dealt with a bit of noise from the street, so if you're sensitive to that, it might be worth asking for a quieter room.

great location but slight cleanliness issues

The downtown location is ideal. The kitchen came equipped with a fridge and freezer. I particularly enjoyed the good shower with quality shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

I noticed some areas could benefit from more thorough cleaning.

I'm all about simplicity and efficiency, so I loved that check-in/out was a breeze online. But let me tell you, those overhead lights are basically like having the sun in your room constantly! An interesting mix of blinding light and inadequate bedside lighting. Not a big tea fan, but come on, just Earl Grey and Camomile? Seriously? And let's not even start on the lack of USB ports - had to buy an adapter.

This place was really well-equipped, spotless, and even provided free earplugs for a great stay.
